All hiring decisions will be based solely on qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job requirements.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Value Engineering to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional value to our clients through strategic consultation and optimization of our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, a strong background in value engineering, and a proven track record of driving customer success and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Value Delivery: Define and execute the value engineering strategy to align with corporate goals and customer success initiatives. Lead a team of value engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful engagements with customers. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to integrate value engineering into the customer journey.
• Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  Deliver value assessments and ROI analyses to demonstrate the impact of our SaaS solutions.
  Develop and present compelling business cases and value propositions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements to enhance customer value. Drive continuous improvement in value engineering methodologies and tools.
  Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing customer outcomes.
  Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance our value engineering approach.
• Sales Enablement and Support: Partner with the sales and services teams to support the acquisition of new customers and Cross Sell and Upsells through value-driven conversations. Develop and maintain materials, such as case studies, ROI calculators, and presentations. Participate in thought leadership activities, such as webinars, white papers, and industry conferences.
Job Requirement Expertise and Qualification
• 15-20 yearsʼ of consulting experience in Source to Pay and/Procure to Pay solutions and experience in systems implementation in an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud Procurement suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART or any other similar product suite as implementer or business consultant or as business process architect in an organisation’s procurement transformation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling solutions with clear articulation of business benefits.
• Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate internal/external teams and vendor partners.
• Exceptional client management skills and be able to work with customers to come up with a holistic solution comprising of people, process, technology, data and operating model uplifts
• Deep understanding of Procurement related processes including Source-to-Pay (both upstream and downstream), Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis etc.
• Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of procurement transformation programs
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree: BE in IT/CS or MBA in Supply Chain
