As a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, CPA will provide you with opportunities to build a strong, long-term career. Cerebral Palsy is the most common physical disability among children, and at CPA you will be able to have a genuine impact on your clients lives and become an expert in complex disability.
You will be supported by a network of highly experienced clinicians and gain exposure to a team of world-class innovators and leaders, including direct access to the latest gold standard research from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Institute.

A permanent full time employment offer, commencing with our Allied Health Graduate Program
Opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team and have access to a network of over 160 therapists for a more wholistic therapy approach
Up to $20k training investment in your first year for a personalised learning journey, with regular 1:1 clinical supervision and operational support
An engaging, structured onboarding experience including an intensive ‘Induction Week’ which brings together all CPA new graduates for an engaging week of learning and networking
