Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments
  
• Ensure timely and accurate cash/digital collections
  
• Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments
  
• Maintain daily collection reports and submit to the supervisor
  
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
  
• Follow company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and updates
  

Requirements


• Minimum 6 month of experience in field collections
  
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred
  
• Must have own two-wheeler & valid Driving License
  
• Comfortable working in the field and achieving daily targets
  
• Male candidates only
  

Benefits


• Salary: ₹13,000 Net Take Home
