Job Responsibilitie

• sSupport Oracle OTM and GTM implementation, enhancement, and production support projects
• .Gather business requirements, configure solutions, and prepare functional design documents
• .Participate in testing, defect resolution, user training, and go-live support activities
• .Collaborate with business users, onshore teams, technical teams, and stakeholders
• .Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support incident management
• .Provide functional support for transportation, logistics, and trade compliance processes
