- Brings 5-8 years of strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring within the broader real‑estate ecosystem, with proven ability to manage high‑impact mandates independently.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the capability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with senior‑level visibility.
