  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
  • Partner directly with business leaders and the Head HR to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies and deliver high‑impact talent decisions.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, assessments, stakeholder alignment, offer management and onboarding
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor talent, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning.

  • Brings 5-8 years of strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring within the broader real‑estate ecosystem, with proven ability to manage high‑impact mandates independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the capability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with senior‑level visibility.
