Results-driven QA Lead to lead a team of highly efficient QA resources.
The QA Lead will lead a team size of about 6 to 8 resources comprising Manual QAs, Automation QAs, and Performance testers.
He/She will have to interact with internal/external clients in order to understand the requirements of the product and participate actively in client interactions.
Participating in UAT and interacting with product, tech and business teams efficiently.
Driving quality initiatives to drive efficient QA practices.
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
