About the Role:
As an operations manager, you will oversee multiple facets of real-time production operations,
manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. You will play a critical role in
designing and implementing scalable processes, analyzing performance data, and fostering
collaboration to achieve operational excellence. This role requires you to guide the team with
precision, focus, and a data-driven approach while maintaining high productivity standards.

%CF; Train and onboard new team members to handle operational tasks effectively.
%CF; Conduct upskilling initiatives to enhance team capabilities and maintain high performance.
%CF; Organize regular 1:1 sessions to provide feedback and support professional growth.
'05; Process Design and Optimization
%CF; Design and implement scalable, KPI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
