Role

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Associate – Talent Management to support talent management initiatives that enhance organizational capability and employee engagement. This role will work closely with the Manager – Talent Management and HR Business Partners to execute performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth programs across Alight Solutions India. Strong proficiency in HR analytics, Power BI, and advanced Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management Support

  • Assist in implementing talent management strategies aligned with business objectives and global frameworks.
  • Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning sessions, and maintain accurate talent data.
  • Performance Management

  • Support execution of performance management processes, including data validation and reporting.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance tools and processes.
  • Leadership Development & Career Growth

  • Assist in organizing leadership development programs and tracking participation.
  • Maintain career development resources and support internal mobility initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel for talent metrics, engagement, and succession readiness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and global teams to ensure smooth execution of talent programs.
  • Support communication and change management initiatives related to talent processes.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, or related HR roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Power BI; experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • Knowledge of talent management processes including performance management and succession planning.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
