Job Description
- Candidates in/open to relocate to MUM, BLR, DEL NCR, Chennai should apply
- Candidates with 2-10 years of post-qualification experience should apply
- Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular Intellectual Property and Technology contracts, SaaS, License agreements, research agreements, IPR provisions in service engagements, etc.
- Strong understanding of different forms of IPR - Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secrets.
- Ability to understand different types of emerging technologies, advise on legal implications, draft and negotiate contracts therefor.
- Experience in patent search, drafting and prosecution (India, US, EP)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
- Familiarity with global IP regimes
- Knowledge of open-source licensing and licensing models
- Experience in doing freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, infringement analysis and competitor IP mapping
- Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
