About the Role:
We aren’t looking for a ‘VP of Sales‘ to inherit a playbook. We need a zero-to-one builder. You will be the third brain in the room, pushing back on product ideas, figuring out distribution and acting like an owner - because you will be one.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute and close. We already built the pipeline and locked in the exact target: CTOs of non-IT firms (50+ employees).
- Run the ground game. You will handle the cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and demos. You can run our existing playbook or bring your own ideas - as long as it closes deals.
- Do the dirty work. No delegating until the revenue is flowing and you‘ve proven you can close.
The Equity:
True co-founder split. Meaningful equity, 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff. No token percentages and no smoke and mirrors. If you are building the house with us, your name goes on the deed.
Who You Are:
You don‘t need a fancy MBA, but you do need the scar tissue of selling B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. You prefer owning a real piece of a hard challenge over a safe & boring corporate salary.
