Network Engineer

The Network Engineers will collaborate and support the architectural consulting function in architecting client solutions (mostly, but not restricted to just Cisco Solutions with Data Center, Campus, SD-WAN, SDA, SASE, SDN, FSO)\n\nDaily responsibilities include assessment, design, and deployment of Secure network solutions - spanning from DC, campus, SDWAN, security solutions from Cisco, and beyond.\nThe role may also involve troubleshooting network incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The Network Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network changes, support automation initiatives, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. The position also includes documenting network designs, configurations, and procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of network operations.\nQualifications\nStrong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design, including experience with routing, switching, and scalable architectures.\nHands-on experience in Network Administration and day-to-day network operations, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.\nProficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues, including performance, connectivity, and interoperability problems.\nKnowledge of Network Security principles and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and security best practices and/or Knowledge of Cisco Data Center and campus solutions.\nFamiliarity with cloud networking concepts (e.g., VPC/VNet, load balancers, security groups) and automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is beneficial.\nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry credentials are preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.\nFlexible to work with in US and Europe time zones.
