Regional Manager (Northern region)
Job Description
Visit and manage assigned markets in the Northern region, including Lucknow and Varanasi.
Plan and execute new product launch activities to create market awareness and demand.
Set branch-wise distributor sales targets and monitor achievement.
Follow up with distributors to ensure regular ordering and optimum stock levels.
Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure timely supply of products to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Track and analyze primary and secondary sales performance of distributor branches.
Circulate and implement product promotional activities across the Service Partner Network.
Conduct regular sub-distributor and retailer meetings to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
Monitor market competition and provide feedback to management.
