**Business Performance & Strategic Planning**

  • Develop and manage outlet budgets, reviewing revenue and expenditure forecasts monthly and analyzing deviations from business plan goals
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress toward business objectives and contribute to annual business planning
  • Design, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs in collaboration with kitchen and marketing departments
  • Implement and maintain rigorous cost control measures to ensure food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply expenses remain aligned with budget targets
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive post-mortem promotion reports to senior management upon completion of promotional activities

**Outlet Operations & Guest Experience**

  • Conduct daily departmental briefings and handovers to ensure all team members receive pertinent information and understand operational priorities
  • Supervise team members to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and in accordance with departmental standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and regular patrons, personalizing service by remembering individual preferences
  • Handle guest complaints and comments with tact, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution
  • Manage all administrative responsibilities related to cashier and bar operations while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitor equipment supply levels, inventory, and maintain departmental communication logbooks to prevent operational disruptions
  • Conduct regular inspections of the outlet and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with food and beverage sanitation, hygiene, health, and security regulations
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage services, menu contents, preparation methods, and hotel services
  • Provide support to other food and beverage outlets during peak times as required

Qualifications

**Experience**

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in outlet management, food and beverage operations, or similar supervisory capacity
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L statements and achieving business targets
  • Demonstrated experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Experience with budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost control measures
