Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-AI Governance!

1. Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of AI/GenAI governance within the 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement AI/GenAI governance policies and procedures for the corporate finance .3. Drive the development and maintenance of AI/GenAI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Responsibilities

• Ability to collaborate with clients at all levels and across business and technology teams to assess AI governance needs and define implementation strategies.

• Proven track record of delivering MRM/ AI and data solutions, including functional and implementation requirements across design, development, integration, migration, production support, and development operations, as well as model risk identification, model tiering and risk mitigation or control.

• Highly experienced in the configuration of Watsonx. AI governance to support Governance, Risks, and Compliance (GRC) space, particularly Model Risk Management, Responsible AI, Telemetry based reporting and assurance compliance against regulations and internal standards.

• Ability to support Planning, Sizing and Delivery of AI governance services implementation. Leading the Team through the implementation and deployment of Watsonx.Gov solutions.

• Deep knowledge and experience building GRC solutions using industry-wide best practices and liaising with organizational Risk and Compliance teams.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, building credibility with client stakeholders aligned with GRC and AI Governance solutions.

• Experience working with a broad spectrum of Data & AI technology solutions, including AI platforms and AI governance tooling, preferably watsonx. Suite and in particular watsonx.AI Governance.

• Good understanding and experience of Agile, collaborative methodology to design, configure, deploy, and maintain systems.

• Experience implementing cloud technology across complex projects.

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures tailored to the specific needs of our manufacturing company's finance data lake initiative on Azure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality metrics, monitor data quality, and establish processes for data cleansing and enrichment.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on data governance best practices, providing guidance and training to stakeholders across the organization.

• Continuously assess and enhance data governance processes and controls, keeping pace with industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements to ensure the success of our data governance journey in its early stages.

• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data architecture solutions that support efficient data governance and data management practices.

• Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution

• Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions.

• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs.

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using GEN AI

• Works closely with service line teams to design, implement, and manage Generative AI solutions

Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• MS in Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering

• Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data and algorithms

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills• MCA/B.Tech / MS in Computer science

• GenAI Tools hands on

• Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI
