Hiring: Security Consultant – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad
Experience: 8–10 Years (7B Band)
We are looking for an experienced IAM Security Consultant / Architect to join a high-impact IBM transformation project focused on Identity Governance and Access Management using One Identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IAM architectures using One Identity suite
Manage Identity Lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)
Build and configure IT Shop, request/approval workflows, and attestation campaigns
Implement role-based and policy-based access control frameworks
Lead SSO, federation, and authentication integrations
Oversee integration with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD / Entra ID
Handle end-to-end IAM implementation, upgrades, and migration projects
Provide governance, compliance alignment, and solution design
Lead technical teams and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills:
'14; Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
'14; 4–5+ years hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
'14; Experience with OneLogin (SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA)
'14; Expertise in identity lifecycle management & governance
'14; Strong knowledge of federation, authentication, and authorization protocols
'14; Experience with AD, LDAP, Azure AD integrations
'14; IAM architecture design and implementation experience
'14; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
'14; PAM exposure (Safeguard or similar tools)
'14; Cloud IAM (AWS / Azure / GCP) integration experience
'14; DevOps / CI-CD exposure in IAM deployments
'14; Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR)
Important Notes:
• Candidate must be open for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
• Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
• Band Threshold: 7B
