About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Executive to strengthen our procurement and supply chain execution. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) planning, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and procurement governance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors for purchase order execution, delivery follow-ups, and dispatch tracking.
• Ensure timely communication with suppliers and closure of procurement-related documentation.
• Support onboarding and coordination of alternate vendors.

Material Planning & Inventory Management

• Monitor RM and PM availability against production plans and proactively highlight supply risks.
• Maintain inventory trackers and support adherence to approved Days of Holding (DOH) norms.
• Ensure material readiness to support uninterrupted production.

Procurement Reporting & Governance

• Maintain procurement, inventory, and material readiness dashboards.
• Generate MIS reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Track quality and compliance documents such as COAs, specifications, and vendor certifications.

Commercialization Support

• Coordinate procurement and material readiness activities for new product launches, trials, and innovation projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth commercialization of approved initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or Material Planning.
• Prior experience in FMCG, Food, Nutraceutical, or Pharma industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of vendor coordination, inventory tracking, procurement operations, and supply planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work.
