The candidate will be responsible for providing clinical application support, product demonstrations, user training, and workflow guidance for radiotherapy equipment used in cancer treatment centres and hospitals\nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in radiotherapy applications, treatment planning workflows, and hands-on exposure to LINAC systems\n\n.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvides application support and clinical demonstrations for LINAC machines and radiotherapy solution\nConducts user training sessions for radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiotherapy technicians, and hospital staff\nSupport installation, commissioning, and post-installation application activities\nAssist customers in understanding treatment workflows, imaging integration, and radiotherapy protocols\nWork closely with the sales and service teams during pre-sales discussions and technical evaluation\nProvide application troubleshooting support and ensure customer satisfaction\nCoordinate and support clinical workshops, seminars, and product presentations\nMaintain relationships with oncology hospitals, cancer centres, doctors, and technicians\nStay updated with the latest advancements in radiotherapy technology and treatment techniques\nTravel extensively as per business requirements across assigned territory/PAN India\nDesired Candidate Profile\nExperience in Radiotherapy Application Specialist role for LINAC systems\nHands-on exposure to Linear Accelerator (LINAC) machines and radiotherapy workflows\nKnowledge of radiation therapy procedures, treatment planning systems, and oncology applications\nStrong communication, presentation, and training skills\nAbility to coordinate with clinical, sales, and technical teams\nCustomer-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nWillingness to travel as per business requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\nMSc Radiological Physics or Medical Physics or Equivalent .\nExperience Required\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Radiotherapy Applications handling LINAC machines\nExperience with reputed OEMs or healthcare equipment companies preferred\n\nKey Skills\nLINAC Application Support\nRadiotherapy Workflow\nTreatment Planning\nRadiation Oncology\nClinical Training\nProduct Demonstration\nOncology Equipment\nCustomer Support\nInstallation & Application Training\nTechnical Presentation\nMedical Imaging & Radiotherapy Systems.
