Job Description
- Be the HR leader for the organization

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the FMCG industry.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a balanced and inclusive work environment.
- A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in managing HR operations within the food sector is advantageous.
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
