Pre-Sales Executive – User Experience & Design Consulting\nLocation: Hyderabad\nExperience: Senior (6–10+ years)\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a senior Pre-Sales Executive to lead UX-led deal shaping and growth across complex enterprise engagements. This role sits at the intersection of experience strategy, solutioning, and commercial rigor, partnering with Sales, UX Leadership, and Delivery to win high-value design and experience transformation programs.\nYou will be responsible for shaping and closing UX engagements ranging from $100K initiatives to multi-million-dollar programs, positioning UX as a measurable, outcome-driven business investment.\n\nWhat You’ll\n\nLead the full UX pre-sales lifecycle across opportunity qualification, discovery, solutioning, proposals, SOWs, and executive-level with Sales early in the pursuit to shape deal strategy, qualify opportunities, and position UX as a strategic growth level. Own UX deal shaping for enterprise pursuits, ensuring clarity across scope, delivery approach, staffing models, and success metrics.\nSolutioning & Offering Design\nDesign and articulate scalable UX engagement models across user research, experience strategy, service design, design operations, accessibility, and emerging-technology.

UX Translate complex client challenges into outcome-driven UX programs aligned to business objectives and enterprise delivery realities Partner with UX leadership to evolve differentiated UX offerings, frameworks, and transformation narratives.\nCommercial Structuring & Deal Governance\nStructure and optimize commercials across fixed-price, time-and-materials, retainer, and outcome-based engagement mode\nMaintain margin discipline through clear assumptions, scope boundaries, and risk identification during pre-sales\n\nExecutive Engagement & Storytelling\nLead executive storytelling through compelling proposals, POVs, pitch decks, case studies, and UX capability narratives.\nEngage VP and C-level client stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Business as a trusted advisor.\nPosition UX consistently as a measurable, outcome-driven business investment.\nSales Enablement & Practice Scale\nBuild and maintain reusable pre-sales assets, offerings, and playbooks that improve proposal quality, speed, and consistency.\nEnable Sales and UX leaders with clear deal narratives, standardized materials, and best practices.\nContribute to faster sales cycles and stronger win rates through clearer solutioning and repeatable approach
