What Youll Do
- Drive M&A tax assignments independently .
- Decode Income-tax, FEMA, SEBI, Co. Law, Stamp Duty into real client solutions.
- Deliver strategies directly to clients & partners .
- Guide juniors, shape teams, contribute to thought leadership .
- Support business development & growth initiatives.
Who Were Looking For
- CA with 5+ years PQE in Big 4 M&A/Tax/Transaction Advisory (or equivalent).
- Strong technical grounding in Tax, FEMA, SEBI, Co. Law .
- Proven ability to lead teams + client deliverables .
- Analytical + commercial mindset with excellent communication .
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready for faster leadership growth .
