Job Description
End-to-end execution of projects, acting as the primary liaison between upper management, architects, and on-site contractors and ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to define quality standards.
Site Operation & Supervision: Managing daily on-site activities, including supervising skilled/unskilled labor, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
Quality & Safety Control: Implementing QA/QC procedures and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations (EHS) and building codes.
Project Planning & Monitoring: Monitoring construction progress against schedules (using tools like MS Project/Primavera) and identifying bottlenecks to implement corrective actions.
Material & Resource Management: Overseeing the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials to prevent waste and ensure timely availability.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily site logs, preparing progress reports for management, and handling project documentation.
Technical Coordination: Interpreting blueprints and structural drawings and coordinating with engineers/architects for technical support.
Billing & Cost Control: Checking contractor bills, controlling site expenses, and managing financial resources to maintain profitability.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience 12+ years in residential construction, including high-rise projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in AutoCAD.
