Senior Developer - Web Applications

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications and machine HMIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using the latest frameworks and libraries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both cloud services and industrial machine solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams distributed across the globe.
• Participate in code reviews and testing of developed solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
• Act as a mentor to team members by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in web development, including 5 years focused on backend technologies and 5 years in frontend development.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and proficiency in developing REST-Apis and SPAs
• Ideally familiar with the frameworks Vue.js and NestJS.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Docker are a plus
• Familiarity with agile software development processes (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Professional Attributes :

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Exposure to German language/culture is a plus.
• Experience in working with global stakeholders and ability to work with intercultural teams.
• Extensive experience collaborating in SCRUM-based Agile teams.
• Flexibility to work according to German time zones.
• Available for short-term international travel for meetings, training, and project activities.
