Job Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry landscape.
  • Define product requirements and develop sales strategies to promote our offerings effectively.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate sales and gather valuable market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
  • Forecast revenue and plan effectively for banquets, ODC, F&B outlet, and commercial segments.
  • Liaise with hotels to coordinate daily sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about hospitality trends, changing customer needs, and industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive market/client list, tracking progress regularly.
  • Coordinate with Production and Operations Management to tailor offerings to market requirements.

  • Proficient in negotiation, communication, and independent work.
  • Solid understanding of market research and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Effective presentation skills.
