Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Maintenance & Operations Robotic welding & hemming systems Fixtures, jigs, clamps, and tackles Conveyors, transfer systems, lifts, and material handling systems Monitor equipment health and ensure maximum uptime and OEE improvement Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause & corrective actions Support new line commissioning, equipment installation, and trials Automation & Electrical Handle PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and basic robot troubleshooting Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for automation issues and upgrades Maintain electrical panels, safety interlocks, and control systems TPM / Continuous Improvement Drive TPM pillars – Jishu Hozen (Autonomous Maintenance), Planned Maintenance Conduct Kaizen, cost reduction, and energy-saving initiatives Support 5S, safety audits, and maintenance standards Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to EHS, machine safety, and statutory requirements Support quality improvement by minimizing welding defects, rework, and line stoppages Maintain maintenance records, check sheets, and SOPs Support internal and external audits Preferred Industries Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of TechnologyGeneral Experience 3- 8 YearsCritical Experience System Generated Core Skills Analytical ThinkingAnalyticsCNC ProgrammingCommunication SkillsProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)SCADATeamworkProduct Knowledge - Vehicle SystemIndustrial Control SystemSystem Generated Secondary Skills
