Job Description

RPA Automation Anywhere Support - CREQ Description
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for Automation Anywhere by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage incident lifecycle from detection and recording to closure and verification.
  • Should be conversant with RPA Life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Automation Anywhere , IQ Bot processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with other internal systems.
  • Will be troubleshooting support issues, Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical problems and suggest improvements to reduce incident rates.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of RPA implementations.
  • Guide and train L1 support teams to handle basic Automation Anywhere issues effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest Automation Anywhere updates and technologies to enhance system performance and provide feedback to the development teams for continuous improvement
