- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary repairs.
- Allocate work based on weekly maintenance schedules.
- Train & supervise tradesman during operations, repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of spares and consumables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS policies.
- Coordinate with lessees and other inter department functions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing related issues
- Preparation of BOQs and coordination with procurement for purchase orders
·Billing coordination, verification and submission
