Experience range: 8-15 years
Key responsibilities:
- Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
- Analyze sales performance data, generate forecasts, and reports to senior leadership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, Presales, Finance team to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Preferred: Candidates from Service industry background with domain experience in Aerospace/ Healthcare domain.
