    Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base in Noida/East Delhi.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify market trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the internet sector.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

    A successful IM-Zonal Head should have:

  • Proven expertise in the technology and telecoms industry, particularly within the internet sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in Noida/East Delhi.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
