We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Printing, Packaging, and Publishing industry.
*Responsibilities:*
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across production, design, engineering, and operations within the printing and packaging sector.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to source, engage, and manage high-potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to define role requirements, job descriptions, and offer negotiation.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and source-of-hire performance.
Requirements
- –10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or publishing industries.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Shine), and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards in the Indian context.
Benefits
Salary range- 50K-55K pm
