Job Description
Position: Content Producer Location: Mohali Job Responsibilities: Lead projects from ideation and planning to execution and final output. Coordinate with camera, creative, and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery. Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, logistics, and production requirements.
Ensure script-to-screen alignment, creative quality, and adherence to Manthan’s content standards. Contribute to ideation and long-term content planning for Manthan – Mohali Campus. Required: 2–4 years of experience as an anchor, writer, producer, or in a similar media role.
Strong command over English and Hindi (written and spoken). Confident on-camera personality with effective presentation skills. Solid understanding of content formats across social media, branding, corporate films, and interviews.
