Project Manager – Network Operations & Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and operational initiatives across Cisco WAN/LAN environments. The candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder coordination, operational governance, and cross-functional technical teams in a 18*7 enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end network infrastructure and operations projects
• Coordinate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations
• Lead client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management
• Oversee incident, change, and operational governance activities
• Ensure SLA adherence and smooth delivery of network operations
• Support projects involving Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless, WAF, DNS, and Load Balancing
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and runbooks
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Cisco WAN/LAN environments
• Knowledge of Routing & Switching, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP
• Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN
• Exposure to Aruba Wireless, F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF, Infoblox DDI
• Understanding of Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and REST APIs
• Experience managing 24x7 Network Operations / NOC environments
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred
• CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / Aruba / F5 certifications are an advantage
• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud networking environments preferred
