Job Summary: 

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

We seek a strategic SaaS Pricer to develop and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth. This role involves market analysis, customer segmentation, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy: Design and optimize pricing models aligned with business goals and market trends. 

• Market Analysis: Conduct research to assess competition, pricing gaps, and customer behavior. 

• Customer Segmentation: Develop tiered pricing based on usage, value, and willingness to pay. 

• Financial Modeling: Use analytics to forecast revenue impact and track key pricing KPIs. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing with product features, sales strategies, and financial goals. 

• Pricing Communication: Document and communicate pricing strategies internally and externally. 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 

• SaaS pricing experience. 

• Expertise in subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing models. 

• Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. 

Preferred Skills:

• Pricing optimization experience. 

• Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV). 

• Knowledge of global pricing strategies and customer segmentation.
