Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the Pharma, Dermatology, or FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers
· Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
· Prepare and present sales reports to management
· Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
· 1–6 years of experience in sales (Pharma / Derma / FMCG preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of local market dynamics
· Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
· Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Experience in handling distributors and channel sales
· Existing network in Pharma/Derma/FMCG markets is an advantage
· Local candidate preferred for Panchkula/Tricity region
