Designation-Site incharge Location-pan india Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Incharge to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. • Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed. • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is compliant with all relevant regulations. • Monitor production output and adjust processes as needed to meet production targets. • Maintain accurate records of production data and report on performance metrics to senior management. • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that all production requirements are met. Requirements

*• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.*
