Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager / Senior Manager MICE Sales role based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and developing new MICE business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through proactive sales and account management. The Manager / Senior Manager will prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal event, operations, and creative teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. The role also requires accurate forecasting, reporting on sales performance, and providing client feedback to help refine EventzBiz’s offerings. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and key account management skills, preferably within MICE, events, or hospitality.
Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation for mid- to large-scale corporate events. Competence in proposal development, presentation skills, and basic financial acumen for budgeting and pricing. Ability to research market trends, identify new segments, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. Proven experience in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and digital communication platforms. Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry engagements as required. Experience in corporate MICE, incentive travel, or experiential marketing agencies will be highly beneficial.
