Job Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Execution Execute the organization’s sales and marketing plans across target accounts and industries. Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to drive lead generation and conversion activities. Manage outbound outreach, follow-ups, proposal coordination, and client presentations.
Track sales pipeline progress, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Ensure timely execution of growth initiatives and business development activities.
Client & Account Management Manage and grow assigned client accounts with an ownership mindset. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and business decision-makers. Conduct regular governance meetings, account reviews, and follow-ups.
Ensure high client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution. Work closely with delivery teams to align client expectations with execution. Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and account expansion opportunities.
Delivery Coordination & Operational Ownership Ensure smooth coordination between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders. Track account health, delivery timelines, risks, and escalations. Maintain accurate reporting on account performance, revenue opportunities, and engagement status.
Drive accountability and follow-through across multiple teams. Support process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, HR, and leadership teams for account success.
Communicate priorities, updates, and risks clearly across stakeholders. Maintain strong visibility and responsiveness with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership & Organizational Contribution Mentor junior team members where required.
Contribute to improving account management and growth processes. Represent the organization professionally in client-facing interactions. Support leadership in business reviews and growth initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications 6–9 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Growth, Business Development, or Consulting roles. Strong experience in managing B2B client relationships and account operations. Proven experience in executing sales or marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong coordination and project ownership abilities. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
Good understanding of delivery coordination and client lifecycle management. Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office. Preferred Background Experience in IT services, consulting, staffing, or technology organizations.
Exposure to managing mid-size enterprise accounts. Ability to balance growth initiatives with client servicing responsibilities.
