Inviting applications for the role of Assistant vice President, Program Manager-Agentic AI!!

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

The Program Manager – Agentic AI PMO Office will act as the execution engine behind our Agentic AI strategy, enabling disciplined progress across all workstreams — Sales, Solutioning, Implementation, Product, Marketing, Tech, HR, and Support. You will own the central governance rhythm, provide leadership visibility on progress and gaps, and ensure teams stay aligned, accountable, and on track.

This is a high-visibility role that brings structure to velocity — connecting dots, resolving blockers, and translating ambition into action.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Accountability

• Set up and manage structured governance forums (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) to track initiative progress across pods and functions.

• Establish and maintain a centralized execution tracker for all Agentic AI workstreams.

• Enable prioritization and risk resolution through leadership visibility and data-backed recommendations.

Dashboards & Visibility

• Design and operationalize real-time dashboards to monitor OKRs, key initiatives, and impact metrics.

• Ensure periodic reporting to Agentic AI and executive leadership on milestones, blockers, and business outcomes.

Cross-Workstream Orchestration

• Act as the bridge between pod leads — Sales, Solutioning, Implementation, Product, Tech, Marketing, HR — to align goals, timelines, and dependencies.

• Track key talent movement, resourcing needs, and capability readiness in collaboration with HR and Delivery teams.

Outcome Enablement

• Chase high-priority outcomes across rotations, pipeline acceleration, and product milestones.

• Support special initiatives (e.g., launches, QBRs, pricing changes) with structured plans and timely follow-through.

Thought Leadership & Internal Evangelism

• Synthesize insights, best practices, and learnings from program execution into internal artifacts (e.g., playbooks, frameworks, retrospectives).

• Support and co-author internal knowledge content — leadership updates, monthly newsletters, success stories, and business reviews.

• Act as a culture carrier of Agentic AI ways of working, helping define and evolve what "good" looks like across functions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• experience in a Program Management, Transformation PMO, or Business COO role

• Experience working in matrixed environments across GTM, Product, Tech, and Support functions

• Hands-on with dashboards, trackers, and project management tools

• Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and executive presence

• Bonus: Experience contributing to internal thought leadership, operating playbooks, or transformation accelerators
