Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable backend services, event-driven systems, and real-time data processing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js.

• Implement and manage real-time event streaming using Apache Kafka.

• Build scalable and maintainable microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to Node.js services and Kafka message pipelines.

• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js with 4+ years of hands-on experience.

• Solid experience with Apache Kafka (producer/consumer architecture, stream processing, message delivery guarantees).

• Experience with RESTful APIs , WebSockets , and asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices .

• Proficient with JavaScript /TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem.

• Good understanding of Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
