Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated WHSE Personal to join our India renewable team. The candidate is expected to lead policy and SOPs development, Safety MIS for EPCs and O&M vendors, Support the integration of BLE’s WHSE system into site EPCs and O&M site implementation. Developing and ensuring the WHSE communication, MIS analysis and supporting to implement BLE WHSE governance system in Blueleaf India projects. This role requires a strong understanding of WHSE regulatory framework, WHSE management skills, contractor safety management and excellent communication abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing WHSE SOPs / Process for renewable projects like lifting, Work at Height, PV modules risk management.
- Follow-up, communication and records of BLE WHSE governance system.
- Monthly WHSE MIS Management, follow-up, timely compilation and reporting with analysis.
- Monthly E&S MIS management and other Environment and Social SOP development as per ESMP.
- Support on site level Environment and Social Action plan follow-up and to ensure its implementations.
- Site level inspection and audit as per project need for verification and audit.
- Design processes for risk management, incident reporting / communication and contractor management.
- Ensure and conduct inspection and audit for head offices and track site compliances remotely.
- Managing safety dashboard and KPIs reporting.
- Support to follow-up for the implementation of project / operation ESMP.
- Develop training program for BLE staff, conduct site and office level training and support to organize external training.
- Vendor management, payment, invoicing and follow-up
- Taking initiatives for digital integration in safety management
- Facilitate internal and external communications regarding
- Ensuring the BLE WHSE system implementation and continuous improvement.
- Policy, Processes, and assurance of legals and other requirement implementations.
- Act as central coordinator for monthly and weekly WHSE KPI and compile, store, analyse and present the WHSE reporting indicators.
- Support and assist in preparation of WHSE trends, Improvement action and management report.
- Ensuring the implementation of ESG initiatives through regular audits and systematic monitoring system.
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Safety Or ADIS from state technical board / CLI / RLI
- Internal / Lead auditor ISO 45001 & 14001
- NEBOSH IGC
- 5-8 Years in relevant industry
- Hands on experience on MIS, Incident analysis, Policy and SOP development
- Experience in renewable and construction in WHSE corporate role.
