Senior BI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and data engineering principles , with the ability to translate complex analytical requirements into intuitive and impactful dashboards.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for advanced data visualization and business insights
• Translate business and analytical requirements into efficient semantic data models , DAX , and SQL logic
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) , data governance, and access control mechanisms
• Automate data refresh processes and ensure reliability of reporting pipelines
• Apply version control practices and adhere to chapter standards for BI development
• Ensure all dashboards follow design system standards and accessibility guidelines
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutions
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data or visualization issues

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning)
• Experience with Tableau development
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
• Experience with SSRS reporting
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL workflows
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
• Experience implementing RLS and data security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working in banking or financial services domain
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments
• Experience with Python or scripting for data automation
