Job Description
Business Title: JUNIOR OFFICER/OFFICER - PROCESS
Reporting to: Manager- Process
Role Purpose Statement: To maintain the shift activity for 800 TPD physical refinery plant operations and 600 TPD fractionation process.
Main Accountabilities:
To operate the palm refinery process and process parameters.
To monitor fractionation process with key focus on the olein yield, cold stability.
To operate continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
To Minimize the down time.
To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
To prioritize the safety measure.
To maintain the quality parameters of processing
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical: Processing of edible oil refinery, physical refining & fractionation
Education & Experience:
ITI/Diploma Chemical/Mechanical or (Chemical)
02- 05 years of relevant experience
