Role Overview

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Recruitment Sales, IT Staffing, Talent Acquisition Services, or Workforce Solutions Business Development .

The candidate will be responsible for generating new staffing business, acquiring clients for recruitment services, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, Contract Staffing, and Talent Solutions .

  • Acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.

  • Understand client hiring requirements and align recruitment/service offerings accordingly.

  • Drive B2B sales and account management for staffing/recruitment services.

  • Handle end-to-end client acquisition including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closures.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.

  • Coordinate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closures and client satisfaction.

  • Manage client escalations, service quality, and business growth opportunities.

  • Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and business reports.

  • Participate in market mapping, competitor analysis, and staffing industry networking activities.

  • Ensure achievement of revenue, billing, and collection targets.



Requirements

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

  • IT Staffing

  • Recruitment Services

  • Talent Acquisition Sales

  • Contract Staffing

  • Permanent Hiring Solutions

  • RPO/MSP Business Development

  • Workforce Solutions

  • Staffing Account Management

Required Skills

  • Strong client acquisition and business development skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Experience in handling staffing/recruitment clients.

  • Understanding of hiring processes and recruitment lifecycle.

  • Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work with recruitment delivery and leadership teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidates from Recruitment, Staffing, HR Services, Consulting, or IT Services companies preferred.

  • Existing client network in staffing/recruitment industry is an added advantage.

  • Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

  • Ability to independently drive business growth and closures.
