  • Lead a team of 800 field salesforce across
  • Manage the direct sales channels across the entire Northern zone.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Zonal Head should have:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in life insurance
  • A strong background in the life insurance industry, particularly in direct sales channel.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
  • The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
