Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. The candidate should have hands-on experience in integrations, customization, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform technologies.

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
  
• Work on CRM forms, views, dashboards, entities, and security models.
  
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  
• Support production issues and ensure application stability.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.
  

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
  
• Hands-on experience with:

  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
    
  • Plugins & Custom Workflows
    
  • Web APIs and Integrations
    
• Experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Good understanding of CRM security model and customization concepts.
  
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data migration tools.
  
• Experience in Agile methodology.
  

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  
• Exposure to Azure DevOps.
  
• Experience with Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Good stakeholder management skills.
