We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. The candidate should have hands-on experience in integrations, customization, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform technologies.
Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
- Work on CRM forms, views, dashboards, entities, and security models.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Support production issues and ensure application stability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- C#
- .NET Framework/.NET Core

- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Plugins & Custom Workflows
- Web APIs and Integrations

- Experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of CRM security model and customization concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and data migration tools.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
