Role Description

• Design and analyze RCC & steel structures in compliance with IS codes
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and BOQs
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams
• Review structural drawings and ensure design accuracy
• Conduct structural assessments and recommend solutions
• Ensure safety, stability, and cost-effective design solutions
• Support site execution with design clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)
• Hands-on experience in structural design & analysis
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of RCC & steel structures
• Sound understanding of IS codes & construction practices
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise buildings / industrial structures/ RCC / Steel
• Exposure to foundation design & seismic analysis
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
