PAM Engineer
Summary

Reports to PAM Team Lead
Purpose
1. Configure, and Onboard new applications in Privileged Access
Manager.
2. Drive the Operations and changes of the entire PAM deployment of
DKV and Ergo.
Responsibilities
Platform Management
Implement best practices and procedures through DKV and Ergo to maintain and scale
the entire Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.
Integrate new business applications and IT Systems in the PAM Solutions
Technical support, maintenance and care of the PAM Solutions and their components,
interfaces and services
Drive updates and patches on the PAM solution with the support of external service
provider when needed
Test the potential undesired side-effects of any configuration change including patches
and upgrades Coordinate, investigate and solve PAM related incidents and issues for the
entire environment.
Conception & design of new features/integrations within the AIM/PAM as requested by
business
Participate in projects related to PAM.
Platform Enrichment
Design, Develop, and maintain Privilege Management and Governance related to PAM
processes.
Configure and tune integration of new applications in the PAM platforms
Tune and configure the PAM platforms
Reporting
Help to develop and automate reports for all aspects of the PAM
Quality control
Participate and contribute to audits on any aspects of the PAM
Education
Coach colleagues and develop collaboration on all aspects of the PAM platforms
Requirements
Hard skills
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science /Engineering/Information
Technology
Basic understanding of scripting (such as PowerShell, RESTful APIs, Shell scripting)
At least 5years experience in PAM.
Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French is optional
Must have Hands-on implementation and
Support experience with at least one
PAM solution (e.g., CyberArk,
BeyondTrust, Delinea).
Familiarity with Active Directory,
LDAP, Windows, and Linux systems.
Good troubleshooting and analytical
skills.
Knowledge of REST APIs and
automation tools.
Good to have Certifications in PAM technologies
(e.g., CyberArk Defender/Sentry,
BeyondTrust Certified).
Experience with cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and PAM
integration.
Exposure to DevOps environments
and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of SIEM tools and
integration with PAM.
Documentation skills
Nice to have Very good knowledge of English,
Dutch and French is optional
