Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills with experience in gathering business requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Work with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
•Create detailed business process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
•Act as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
•Support solution design, prepare test cases, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
•Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
•Participate in requirement review sessions and ensure documentation standards are maintained.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
•3 – 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
•Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
•Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
•Experience in creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills:
•Experience with SQL and Python.
•Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
•Experience working with Healthcare Insurance systems.
•Exposure to automation or digital transformation projects.
