Role Summary
The Staffing Manager will act as a strategic partner to our Enterprise Clients, bridging the gap between client requirements and recruitment delivery. You will own the P&L for your assigned accounts, lead a high-performing recruitment team and support statutory compliance / Payroll team operations. The ops lead and account manager will be reporting to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Act as the Lead Consultant for enterprise clients; drive monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.
- P&L & Revenue Growth: Responsible for achieving Gross Margin targets. Identify opportunities within accounts to upsell Contract Staffing, C2H, Managed Services .
- High-Volume Delivery: Support a team to deliver on Non-IT mandates across diverse sectors, ensuring the Turnaround Time (TAT) and Joining Ratio exceed industry benchmarks.
- Operational Excellence: Overlook the entire life-cycle from on-boarding to payroll coordination. Implement performance dashboards .
- Strategic Alignment: Translate executive business goals into actionable, measurable operational plans.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Partner with hiring managers and client leaders to provide data-backed advice on market trends, compensation, and talent pool depth.
Required Skills:
- Account Management and Client Servicing.
- Hands-on knowledge of staffing operations, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Expertise in Non-IT Staffing workflows and labour law fundamentals.
- Strong commercial acumen (understanding of mark-ups, billing cycles and GM).
- Exceptional negotiation skills for contract renewals and rate revisions.
