We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to strengthen our affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand our network of high-performing publishers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the affiliate marketing industry, strong relationship management capabilities, and proven expertise in handling Media Buying Affiliates
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliates across multiple verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media buying affiliates and key publisher accounts.
- Drive affiliate activation, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Develop customized growth plans for affiliates based on traffic sources, GEOs, and campaign objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, budgets, and campaign opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Monitor daily affiliate performance metrics including revenue, conversions, EPC, CTR, CR, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with affiliates to improve campaign quality, traffic performance, and scalability.
- Ensure timely communication regarding campaign updates, caps, creative changes, and optimization recommendations.
- Continuously identify new affiliate acquisition opportunities through industry networks, referrals, forums, events, and competitor analysis.
- Activate dormant affiliates and increase contribution from existing partners.
- Create targeted outreach strategies for acquiring quality media buyers and performance marketers.
- Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Sales, Network Operations, and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in campaign launches, tracking implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation, CRM hygiene, and timely closure of operational requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Share actionable insights on affiliate trends, traffic opportunities, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain detailed records of affiliate communications, negotiations, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year of experience in the Affiliate Marketing Industry .
- Proven experience managing Media Buying Affiliates .
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and performance analysis.
