Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Lead a cross-functional team to implement IATF 16949 QMS. Manage a team of Quality Control Engineers / Inspectors to streamline the quality assurance process. Well Versed with CAPA, RCA, FMEA documentation. Customer interactions for Defect analysis and Prevention. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly monitoring of Quality Indices, (PPM/Percentage Rejection, Yield, Customer Satisfaction, COPQ). Assist in the rollout of a new ERP system, enhancing data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with production teams to reduce Rejections and train members on CAPA, RCA,QMS, 5S and Safety. Assist production teams in the new product/Process rollout (NPD) till streamlined and stabilized production batches. Team Player and attitude for leading from the front.
